Yes, the 'topology' option does not exist in 2.0.

If you want to use public IPs as VPNs, you might not want to waste
IPs, right?

If yes, you might also want to use OpenVPN 2.1 and use 'topology
subnet' to stop wasting 3 IPs per VPN client, when using Windows

The remaining options should IMO work with v2.0 (untested).
