Hi folks,

a friend asked me to help him in installing openvpn on windows. He
succesfully installed it on his home machine but failed to do so on
his office one. Obviously I have thought first that the firewall
prevents is from working but then he sent me the log and it says

Tue Sep 18 09:24:08 2007 NOTE: --user option is not implemented on Windows
Tue Sep 18 09:24:08 2007 NOTE: --group option is not implemented on Windows
Tue Sep 18 09:24:08 2007 OpenVPN 2.0 Win32-MinGW [SSL] [LZO] built on Apr 17
2005
Tue Sep 18 09:24:08 2007 IMPORTANT: OpenVPN's default port number is now 1194,
based on an official port number assignment by IANA. OpenVPN 2.0-beta16 and
earlier used 5000 as the default port.
Tue Sep 18 09:24:08 2007 WARNING: No server certificate verification method has
been enabled. See http://openvpn.net/howto.html#mitm for more info.

At this point it asked for a password and then said:

Tue Sep 18 09:24:19 2007 Cannot load private key file ../config/client.key:
error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal:bad decrypt:
error:0906A065:PEM routines:PEM_do_header:bad decrypt: error:140B0009:SSL
routines:SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey_file:PEM lib
Tue Sep 18 09:24:19 2007 Exiting

I did a search on this client.key but did not find anything useful.

Do you have an idea what went wrong?
