i'm not sure, u can do this with ntop...just try it! netflow is able to 
do such things, but i know netflow only from cisco and similar network 
products and im not sure u can use netflow on "software" interfaces.

but anyway u have to disable client-to-client option in server.conf and 
do the routing "outside" of the tun interface by ur os.
in addition u can use the openvpn status file to grep the common name, 
real address, etc. and map these information to the openvpn client ip u 
will see in ntop/mrtg/netflow. ntop will show u only the (dynamic) vpn 
client ip.

u may do this with a small shell or pearl script....

please post to the list if u sucseeded with ntop or similar tools. a 
very interesting topic.
