I thought that was the point of the Vista bugfix in 2.1_rc(x), that
users did *not* have to be in the administrators group to get this to
work. There are understandable objections to allowing a remote user to
be in that group.

I was told by someone here at the office that users do need to be in the
Network Operators group, however. Can we confirm that?
