Of course you can't because your office client is missing static route
to 192.168.1.0/24 network.

Windows client try to reach your 192.168.1.0/24 via default gw/firewall,
if you dont specify route by manual/in firewall. (so you are missing
reply tcp-packets to your ping requests)
