[Openvpn-users] All NICs are unusable after install of OpenVPN

I have 10 users using OpenVPN on Windows XP which works fine, but one
recently got a new laptop and after he installs(just install, not trying to
open a connection) OpenVPN, all NICs (wired and wireless) won't work.
The WiFi-card can't find any net at all, and the wired have electrical
connection, but can't get a IP from the DHCP server (no, he hasn't run
Ethereal or similar, to see of he gets anything at all on the NICs)

Also, the machine is acting as if its running at 100MHz and takes over 5min
just do do a shutdown, although according to Task Manager, nothing is using
much CPU.

He's tried 2.0-rc17,2.0-rc18,2.0-rc21, 2.0 and 2.0.2 and its the same
problem with all of them.

Anyone seen something similar or have any idea what he can try?
