As long as you aren't using OpenVPN's client-to-client directive, your
normal system firewall will work fine for controlling traffic allowed to
or from the various sites.

Just be sure the FORWARD iptables chain allows the traffic you want to
allow and blocks the traffic you don't -- it's really as simple as that.
