I'm going to setup a VPN for a particular client wich will have one

I'm going for a bridged connection with PreSharedKey, for simplicity.
I know default port changed from 5000 to 1194, but I was wondering if
you advice using port 1194 for the "multi-user server" and keep the
port 5000 (and other) for the 1-to-1 mappings? Or use 1194 aswell?

AFAIK, you cannot use PreSharedKeys with a bridged configuration -- you must use certs.
