i have:
-Three FreeBSD server that acts as gateways to three networks.
-I configured one as an openvpn server, others are clients.all this in
a bridged-ethernet.

problems:
-parameters passed by the server (ifconfig ipaddress subnetmask
...etc) are not compatible with FreeBSD ones.so an error occures.,how
can i prevent this pushed parameters and use the manually configured
IP addresses on each client!

-i don't want the clients to pull ip addresses from the server.i want
to give each one an ip address manually.how can this be achieved ?

--clientconfigdir, and keep a file in that directory with the Common Name
from the certificate.

Another idea might be to use a selfmade script on the client and use
some of the hooks to set the information correctly.
