Sure, it's possible. To do it that way, just be running two completely
separate OpenVPN instances, each with their own configuration file, on the
home firewall. I'd strongly recommend running routed mode to avoid
bouncing broadcast around -- hopefully the home and office networks use
different ranges of IP space?

The examples on the web site should be pretty much fine for you -- but you
should read the bits on compatibility between 1.6 and 2.0 (you'll need
some extra directives; see http://openvpn.sourceforge.net/compat.html), or
(better!) just upgrade everyone to 2.0.
