TUN driver port, so it can be run on Win 98. So far, there is no known
success with this, although people are calling for the support
occasionally. One of my users would be made happy also.

James, this question is here so often, that some short explanation would
IMHO fit on the frontpage http://openvpn.sourceforge.net to (or below)
the section "OpenVPN runs on" ...
