Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't understand how your MINGW
build became so big... I use 2.0-beta17 (hope the version difference
does not cause the grow) and the UPXed binaries dynamically linked to
the UPXed DLLs. Sizes in bytes are as follows:

 33,280  openvpn-gui.exe
150,528  openvpn.exe
116,736  openssl.exe
417,792  libeay32.dll
 77,824  libssl32.dll

My own EXE installer for OpenVPN GUI is 893,607 bytes big. It works
for my users.
