Right, of course.  Unix/Linux never needs a reboot, though on Windows OpenVPN
installs/uninstalls the TAP-Win32 virtual device driver which can potentially
require a reboot.

The TAP-Win32 driver in OpenVPN 2.0 has been modified to reduce the chances
that a reboot will be required on install/uninstall.
