A Windows installation of OpenVPN can be upgraded to
this version of OpenSSL by stopping all OpenVPN processes
and/or the OpenVPN service, dropping these .DLL files into
\Program Files\OpenVPN\bin replacing the existing files of
the same name, and then restarting OpenVPN.
