I have a VPN connecting two samba servers. ATM we're using cifs protocol over the VPN Link, which is proving to be really slow. Since I have linux on both ends, there is no need for cifs between the servers. Is there some lightweight protocol that we can use? NFS? Something that doesn't have a lot of overhead? My customers are getting much higher transfer rates by using GoToMyPC which kind of defeats the whole purpose of OpenVPN. --Yan ____________________________________________ Openvpn-users mailing list Openvpn-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openvpn-users Warning: require_once(../../../archive_common.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/openvpn/domains/openvpn.net/public_html/archive/openvpn-users/2008-02/msg00054.html on line 186 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../../archive_common.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/openvpn/domains/openvpn.net/public_html/archive/openvpn-users/2008-02/msg00054.html on line 186 |
