Hi Marcel,
If I use redirect-gateway, I cannot ping even the server (10.8.0.1)
and cannot reach any other network.
If I don't use redirect-gateway, I can ping the server (10.8.0.1) and
connect to Internet. But I cannot ping 10.8.0.5.

Hi,
I set up redirect-gateway option at an openVPN server, but I'm out of

I was wondering what 10.8.0.5 is, since the VPN server is 10.8.0.1.
Should the gateway be 10.8.0.1? Even I cannot ping 10.8.0.5 (while I
can ping 10.8.0.1).
This is how it is working on Windows, the Windows box gets a /30
netblock. See the OpenVPN docs....
BTW, in the server side, I'm getting errors:
Tue Dec 26 13:15:14 2006 hunkim/128.xx.xx.xx:1506 MULTI: bad source
address from client [128.xx.xx.xx], packet dropped
[...]
Not related to OpenVPN
Then what is this mean? Can I just ignore it or should I fix it?
