The closest I've seen is the Open Alpha of OpenVPN Port to PocketPC 
(www.ziggurat29.com/OVPNPPCAlpha/OVPNPPCAlpha.htm.  However, I'm not sure the 
project's active, as I emailed the developer several weeks ago about the 
program's use on a Verizon XV6700 but got no response.
