The problem here is that I have an application running that needs to connect to the client each time it connects. And it should be able to distinguish between the different clients.

They all should be unique because the all have defferent settings to aply to.

 

Meaning I should be able to ping each client from the openvpn server by its unique ipadres.

If it reply's I take action for that specific client.

This is not working for me and I have read that this is "works as disigned" because I have XP clients. Thats why in OpenVPN 2.1_rc1 "topology subnet" had its appearance.

 

Do you have XP clients on wich this is working? ( -> ipp.txt)
