If you don't require your Windows users to use anti-virus and
anti-spam to even connect to your network, you are gambling against
the odds.   If you can't then don't allow them to save files onto any
of your file servers while they are connected to your VPN.  Use
iptables and limit then to just the systems and ports that you allow.
