I spend a fair amount of time on IRC and I have a BNC connected
permanently over two nets already. I'd happily add another channel to
keep it alive, from the look of it there aren't any ops at the moment.
If the channel isn't controllable then I have a stake in
http://xangelz.org/ and I have registered #OpenVPN there.
