Sorry for my bad description about my problem.. On my VPN Clients i  
want run Microsoft SQL server to grant connections from my Private  
Network to some clients using SQL Server. So my problem is when the  
client start their computer, the SQL Server start first than the  
Openvpn Connection and is for that SQL server cant bind on the Vpn  
device..

I got an answer to force put the IP on the openvpn TAP device..
