Which adapter has higher priority -- ethernet or tap? (Go to Control 
Panel/Network Connections/Advanced Settings; priority is in order from 
top to bottom)

If ethernet has a higher priority, does moving tap ahead of it cause the 
tap adapter's DNS settings to take precedence?
