-> Maq1(10.0.0.6 - WIN XP)
route add 200.X.Y.240 10.0.0.6 (IF THIS i FORCE 200.X.Y240 OVER VPN, AND IF I DON´T THIS THE TRAFFIC TO GO TO DEFAULT ROUTE)

->Maq3(10.0.0.200):
route add -net 10.0.0.0/24 gw 10.0.0.200
route add -net 10.0.0.0/24 gw 10.0.0.100

->Maq2(10.0.0.100):

 In maq2 I put alias eth0 with 10.0.0.100, I forget this.
route add -host 10.0.0.6 gw 10.0.0.1
route add -host 10.0.0.1 gw 10.0.0.100
route add -net 10.0.0.0/24 gw 10.0.0.200

New scene with 10.0.0.100 in maq2:

Maq1: (OpenVPN client - Windows XP -  IP 10.0.0.6)

Maq2:(OpenVPN server - linux -  inet addr 10.0.0.1  P-t-P: 10.0.0.2 and ALIAS IN eth0 = 200.X.Y.238 + 10.0.0.100)

Maq3:(Server - linux -  Apache - eth0 200.X.Y.240     and alias eth0:0  10.0.0.200)

Does Maq3 have a return route (such that it knows to route traffic to
Maq1 via Maq2)?

How are you setting the route in to Maq3 in Maq1? Is this via the
OpenVPN route directive, or a different mechanism? Can you post the
command or directive you use to do this?
