I just bought the net4801 board from soekris (http://www.soekris.com/), which is a very similar board to the WRAP. Both are using the Geode SC1100 CPU for instance. I've just done some benchmarking running OpenVPN on this hardware that I thought I'd share with you. Running a Linux 2.4.26 kernel and OpenVPN 2.0.7 over UDP bridging one physical interface with the TAP device (Classic bridged setup) I were able to push 600 KB/s over FTP or about 5 Mbps with NetPIPE through the OpenVPN tunnel. -- _____________________________________________________________ Mathias Sundman (^) ASCII Ribbon Campaign OpenVPN GUI for Windows X NO HTML/RTF in e-mail http://openvpn.se/ / \ NO Word docs in e-mail _______________________________________________ Openvpn-users mailing list Openvpn-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openvpn-users Warning: require_once(../../../archive_common.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/openvpn/domains/openvpn.net/public_html/archive/openvpn-users/2006-06/msg00098.html on line 201 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../../archive_common.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/openvpn/domains/openvpn.net/public_html/archive/openvpn-users/2006-06/msg00098.html on line 201 |
