[Openvpn-users] How to refuse DHCP options on client

  • Subject: [Openvpn-users] How to refuse DHCP options on client

Dear all,

I've read through the manual and the web site but couldn't find an
answer to the following problem.

The client on windows is working great and DHCP options (like
name-server) are pushed from the server to the client. I find myself
now in a situation in which I want the OpenVPN client to ignore the
DHCP options it is being offered (as in: I want to keep using the name
server I got on my LAN and not the one given by the OpenVPN server).
I dont't want to do this on the server side as this is something we
need for most of our clients. I really want to disable this on a
per-client basis.

I hope my question is clear and someone can provide some light in
this. If not, feel free to ask.

Kris,
