Hi,

Okay the plug in 'openvpn-auth-pam.so' works and the users already in
the pam db are used. I am thinking of creating a different user for the
VPN login something like 'chuckvpn' with a little stronger password but
I was wondering does this password get passed only during the vpn
connection or does it pass to the server when a user accesses a
resource. The reason I ask is we access samba shares through the VPN and
I am wondering if these credentials will be passed instead of the logged
in user credentials. Also I might add the password does not appear to be
cached by the OPenVPN GUI since it ask for a username and password every
time the connection is reestablished.

Thanks
