Hey list,

sorry to disturb you again, but maybe someone will be interestet in
this: My problems where caused by my tc (traffic control) script! It
dropped (in the worst case) half of my outgoing packets and some
applications (including openvpn) are not this happy with this situation ;)

So we have one thing more to check for the "no buffer space available"
error: Your tc rules.
