Hi,

The plot is thickening  J

We spent most of last night tearing things down and bringing this up again differently.

We have now got it sortof working, but with a very odd twist.

Hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on this.

Pc1 è

            è  Internet è VPN Server è LAN

Pc2 è

Pc1 and Pc2 connects via OpenVPN, they can ping one another, do a netbios call on one another, all perfect, but neither of them can ping the vpn server’s private IF, nor can they ping or access any machines behind it.

Ip forwarding is enabled on the box.

Using Shorewall 3 and OpenVPN 2.0.7

Doing a tcpdump –I tap0 on the VPN box and trying to access any of Pc1 or 2, I can see it doing ARP requests, but nothing comes back.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Werner
