In short, yes.  That's what I worked on first since it seemed the most
questionable.  The debug output indicates that CE is happy with loading the
driver into the system and has accepted the registration calls for the NDIS
miniport.  It's definitely not 'done', but I am going to concentrate on
getting the user-mode stuff working so I can try pushing data through it.
There's still a ways to go, but I am somewhat optimistic.
