thanks for your suggestion.
i have place the /etc/openvpn/openvpn.conf on

and the server side configuration file.

i have add two line into client config file.
client
pull

the effect was: 
my client could get a ip:10.8.0.4/255.255.255.0
but still canot passthrough the network.
i had to add default route gateway also.

and this isnot seems to be a perfect solutions.
how could i get advanced feet with this?
