IMHO absolutely! The pocketpc market still has a great potential. The 
lack of serious vpn solutions for these
devices really keeps them off the "real work" environment.

Let us know how your work goes on... unfortunately I have zero 
programming skills on the windows mobile environment...
But I'll be glad to test out the toy. :-)
