Hello Jon
I tested it with 2 Windwos XP machines copying multiple files stoppping by 
hand.
And a programm called speed manager by the german telekom.

@Charles:
You are right my upload speed is smaller for sure I think its about 500kbit/s

So theres no way to improve the speed?
