what do you mean with "every client has its own /30" ?

See http://openvpn.net/faq.html#slash30

in ipp.txt I see that my client has associated 10.8.0.4.

It only lists the first IP of the /30 subnet assigned to that client.

By now I set each client address using ifconfig-push in ccd directory and it
seems to work fine. Is this right? does exist another method to set client
ip?

You can use a --client-connect script to return the IP address you want a specific user to use, or you could use the ipp file. See the manpage for more info.

But using ccd files like you do is a good way, unless you have a database or some other source with IP-to-user mappings that you want to use, in which case you want a --client-connect script instead.
