OK my original question must have lacked a bit of the necessary clarity. I was not asking if /etc/openvpn specifically was required. I was asking if openvpn would need to access the config files (whatever I may choose to name them) after the tunnel is up? Can I bring the tunnel up and then make all the config files and keys disappear (by, for instance, unmounting the filesystem they are on)? Will the instance of openvpn that supports the tunnel in question need access to the config files or keys at some later point in the life of that tunnel? Thanks and sorry if I have managed to obscure my intended meaning again, Dave ____________________________________________ Openvpn-users mailing list Openvpn-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openvpn-users Warning: require_once(../../../archive_common.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/openvpn/domains/openvpn.net/public_html/archive/openvpn-users/2005-12/msg00060.html on line 201 Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../../archive_common.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/openvpn/domains/openvpn.net/public_html/archive/openvpn-users/2005-12/msg00060.html on line 201 |
