Use the scroll feature of your favourite web browser while watching the 
page you refered to and scroll to the bottom of the page, then read the 
last section and follow the instuctions.

PS: The link you refered to were for openvpn-announce, goto openvpn-users 
if it is this list you want to unsubscribe from.

PS #2: There is an unsubscribe link included in the msg headers of every 
email you recieve from the list.
