[Openvpn-users] How do I make OpenVPN my default connection?

Hello openvpn-users,
Please, CC me, for I'm not on the list.

I need to make the OpenVPN connection the default one for the
 road-warrior.

I'm using TAP, the server and the client are winXP. The TAP is chosen
because I need to use plain NetBEUI for the file-sharing.

I've got the firewall host that NATs my office's LAN 192.168.0.x,
then the port-mapping is used to allow the access to the OpenVPN server on
the LAN. All my LAN hosts, including the OpenVPN server, obtain their
 IPs via DHCP.

What should I do at the server to make the road-warrior to use the
server's IP as the default gateway?

Is it possible to secure *ALL* the road-warrior's traffic (even the
connections to the hosts outside my LAN) with OpenVPN session, so
that it would appear to the world as if he sits at my office on the
LAN and is NATed through the office's public IP?

I ask this because when I was buying the SonyEricsson's GC79 PCMCIA
 WiFi+GPRS module I was not aware of it's non-WPA-compliant status. I
hope to use OpenVPN as the (far better) replacement for WPA2.
