Hi all, I have a simple question, probably because I'm a newby to Linux and openvpn. I have a remote site where I can only connect via ssh. On the site, the openvpn has stopped running. I need to get it running permanently via ssh login. I logged in and started it with rcopenvpn start. It reported Starting openvpn: Done when I check with rcopenvpn status, it reports openvpn: service not started which is correct - it is not running. When I start it with openvpn etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/client.conf in the ssh session, it runs. When I log out it is killed. If I look into the yast "System -- Runelevel Editor: Services" it is reported as running. Confusing. How can I get it to run permanently from a ssh login, even after a logout? Thanx for the help.
