Yes, that is what I meant above. I know how to do this. I was just
trying to do something which might be useful for the project. :)
In my research for this I looked at the tun/tap driver pages,
vtun.sourceforge.net, and it was interesting to note that their vtund
was (or is) much like openvpn. From the looks of the Web pages it does
not appear to be as mature, though.
