I am having some disconnection problems in my client-server openvpn environment. After a few minutes of connection, the client times-out with an inactivity message and reconnects. I think that the server's keepalives are not getting to the clients due to firewalls, because one of my clients is able to be connected for days after he disabled all firewalls he had. Is there a way I can make the connections more stable? I am using UDP, would TCP solve the problem? Is it worth changing from UDP to TCP?
