A few folks have contacted me off list with some suggestions,
as well as some examples of examples.

I just want to make myself as clear as I can, as well
as add some news.

There seems to be an assumption that if one can do this stuff
on linux (or other unixish things) that one can do it
in windows, and that the Mac folks will have no trouble
at all stareing blankly at windows and linux examples.

Not so.

I love this project, I think it is *the* (or rather a
pretty strong) killer app.

but I still strongly feel that there needs to be at least
one, good completely functional, cross-platform example
including end-user guis.

Notice cross-platform.

Notice completely functional

Notice end-user guis

For this I have offered a bounty of $200,
I will up this to a personal bounty of $200
to the folk(s) who get this done, AND
$200 to the project kitty.

So, that's $400.

Have a nice day.

PS
For those of you who keep asking what I am talking about,
Please check the listing you are referring me to
for windows and Mac OS X inclusion, with the GUI.

Not the "Windows is pretty much the same, only different"
kind of stuff, or "Just do the mac the same as the linux"
stuff.

Keep up the good work.
