[Openvpn-users] User authentication

  • Subject: [Openvpn-users] User authentication

Hi OVPN Users,
I've implement OpenVPN for our mobile roadwarrior users. I'm using the openvpn-auth-pam to authenticate users against an LDAP backend (Also used by Samba etc..) . This is working great but for one small issue. The user must produce A username and password to authenticate to OVPN but do not necessarily have to produce their username/password. Is there any way the certificate name can be associated with the username the user supplies to the openvpn-auth-pam.so plugin ?.
Thanks in advance for idea's and comment.
