Wait.. a separate DHCP server (as opposed to the fake one built into
OpenVPN's win32 port)?

You're using tap, then, with a separate subnet? I was under the impression
you were using tun. (You *did* describe it as a "routed VPN").

I'm a bit curious here -- which is the case?
