[Openvpn-users] routing issue?

Hi, all,
first at all, thanks for this perfect software, I used
it for road warrior to access the private net behind
the openvpn
server.
Now I managed to setup a link like the diagram show as
the below:

road warrior -----Internet-----Openvpn
server-------------------router A-------another net
 10.8.0.6                     
10.8.0.1(tun0)--eth0(192.168.1.1)      192.168.1.2    
   172.16.0.0

ofcs the openvpn server has a eth1 interface link to
Internet.
so now I could access 192.168.1.0/24, except the pc
has a default gw to the router A.
and I want to access the another net(172.16.0.0), for
this, how I could do? 

My conf:
road warrior is windows, ofcs now I use tun, not tap.

openvpn server:Linux, openvpn 2.0-r16.

any ideas?
