Another option: Bring 'et home' and let him log on locally (and cache his local login) Set up a separate AD OU to allow cached logins for 'remotes' (if you disabled them for local systems like you should) Then, when he logs in, it uses his cached credentials (at first) You might need to login, reboot a few times to get the AD policies pushed.
