Hello, all.

1. TAP-Win32 Adapter is connected to 10M bps.
  Is it impossible that upto 100Mbps?


2. I use WIN-XP and if the internet line disconnected, OpenVPN GUI
reconnect automatically as you know. But after reconnecting, OpenVPN GUI says " ip address assigned 10.1.x.x." , but when I ipconfig, ip address is 0.0.0.0 not 10.1.x.x. So I must reconnect manually.
How can I solve this problem?
and "persist-local-ip" works well?
