Remus,

The name of the file in the ccd directory has to match the CN of your 
client's certificate.

I have my laptop's CN as d.lytle.laptop.01 so, I create a file called 
the same thing.  In that file I have:

   --ifconfig-push 192.168.200.70 255.255.255.0

When I connect with my laptop, I get the 192.168.200.70 address
