Richard,

Try the Current ZoneAlarm, since they've updated, I haven't had any problems with it and OpenVPN. I'm also running McAfee's. Just a thought.

With me this was caused by Kerio Personal Firewall. After I removed it everything started working again. Disabling firewall wasn't enough.
