Yes, SMB mounts and DNS updates now function correctly. However I was unable 
to locate the sleep binary within an WinXPpro installation. An associate 
advised that the sleep binary is inclusive of a Windows server resource kit; 
however, he was unsure of the client distribution policy. Subsequently 
initialized both the web browser and the jabber client with the call 
function, followed by DNS and SMB with the start function. This ordering and 
subsequent delay of the call'd scripts appears to create a sufficient delay 
for the start'd DNS and SMB scripts to properly initialize.
