Well, I have not much experience with windows. All I know is that in the
Windows 200 server edition, there is a "Routing and RAS" service that
you can configure in the control panel. 
Now you should also be able to do that on the workstation edition, maybe
with less configuration options. 

Is there anyone with a windows setup who can give him advice?

You don't need to bridge the interfaces as you should be routing the
packets.
