The "No buffer space available" message comes from the kernel -- OpenVPN just reports it. Quite possibly this is related to the kernel socket queue length. See --rcvbuf, --sndbuf, and --txqueuelen. It also appears to be an error which can be safely ignored. Just use --mute or --verb 0 to silence it.
